“Lucy looked after our lab and elderly cat for a long weekend. We went away knowing our pet family couldn’t be in better knowledgeable and caring hands. Super reassuring to know they will be safe and well in their familiar surroundings, thank you so much, highly recommended”

Benefits and service includes:
Your pets get to stay in the comfort of their own home, and keep to their normal routines. Your instructions are followed to the letter in terms of all their daily needs. This way they can continue to feel safe and happy at home, and not go through the disruption and stress of boarding somewhere else. The value of this to them, and to you, is priceless.
You get to relax and completely enjoy your time away, with total peace of mind knowing that your pet is being cared for, safe and sound in their own home.
Frequent contact from me while you are away with updates, photos and videos of your pets, on walks and at home. This can be up to 4 times a day, according to your preferences.
You get a sitter with years of experience; I know how to meet all and any of your pet’s individual needs, including any special dietary requirements, the administration of any medication/s and monitoring of any medical conditions, maintaining any behaviour or training plans, tailored walks, daily enrichment provision, and the level of interaction that suits them – some pets love to snuggle up, some don’t.
I am experienced in looking after pets with all kinds of medical problems and disabilities. I will also of course take care of any medical emergency should it arise, including trips to the vet if necessary.
Light household duties such as watering indoor plants or popping the bins out for collection day.

I tailor each sit to your pet’s needs. This usually includes feeding, fresh water, and their normal exercise, playtime, and plenty of companionship. Any special dietary or medical needs are catered for. Cage and/or bedding cleaning as needed. Daily updates are provided, up to 4 times a day according to your preference. If your pet has specific routines, I’ll follow those closely to keep everything as normal and stress-free as possible.
-
Yes, consistency is really important for them to feel comfortable. I’ll be your dedicated sitter, so your pet sees the same friendly face each visit. Before any booking, I always arrange an in person meet and greet whenever possible so we can chat through your pet’s routine and, most importantly, give them chance to get to know me. If an in person meet is not possible, we will do a video call and go over everything in detail. I have many regular clients and I love that I get to build loving relationships with those pets.
-
Absolutely. I hold full insurance for pet sitting in your home, and I am DBS checked, giving you the peace of mind you need. I’m also trained in pet first aid, so I can respond calmly and appropriately if anything unexpected happens. I am also a Clinical Animal Behaviourist, so have an in depth knowledge and understanding of companion animal behaviour and welfare.

I know how reassuring it is to see that your pets are happy while you’re away. I’ll send regular updates, which can include photos, videos, and messages, tailored to your requirements. You’ll never be left wondering how things are going.

Every pet is unique, and I have experience caring for animals with medical needs, age-related challenges, and behavioural quirks. I’ll carefully follow any medication schedules or dietary requirements, and I’ll manage behavioural needs with patience, understanding, and the skills I bring as a Clinical Animal Behaviourist. Together, we’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Yes, my own dog always comes with me when I stay in clients’ homes. She’s a very calm, older dog who is used to living alongside lots of different pets. I only ever accept bookings where this arrangement suits everyone, so I’ll make sure your pets are comfortable with the idea before confirming anything.
My dog Chika is fully house-trained, exceptionally well behaved, and I have years of experience of carefully managing introductions so everyone feels safe and settled.

Yes, bookings can only be confirmed with a 25% non refundable deposit and completion of the booking form, terms and conditions.
